Safety and Compliance
Safety is not just a slogan; it is a work culture and a strict set of technical procedures that govern every detail of our work at heights.
An Unwavering Commitment to Risk Mitigation
Engineering work at heights, facade installations, and the use of lifting equipment are highly sensitive tasks. At BATCO, we prioritize the safety of our technical staff and the protection of our clients’ assets in our operational plans.
We have a proven track record thanks to our advance engineering planning and Risk Assessment and Mitigation Studies (RAMS) conducted for each project on an individual basis before fieldwork begins.

How can we ensure a safe work environment?
Our approach to protecting individuals and facilities is based on three key, non-negotiable pillars.
Continuing Education and Certification
All of our technicians undergo specialized and ongoing training. Our rope access technicians are certified by the International Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA), and our aerial work platform operators are trained in accordance with International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) regulations.
Periodic Technical Inspection
All of our equipment—including tower cranes, elevators, and glass-lifting equipment—undergoes periodic mechanical and electronic inspections in accordance with approved inspection regulations, along with routine maintenance to prevent any operational emergencies.
Implementation of Fall Prevention Regulations
Complete design and inspection of lifelines and anchorages in buildings before teams are deployed to work on the facade, including annual inspections and the issuance of certificates of compliance and readiness for the building.
Fully compliant with international standards
Our services and engineering practices comply with international and national standards and regulations to ensure full legal and technical compliance.
